Production & Shipping
1. How long does production take?
Each piece is made to order. Production usually takes 3-6 business days before shipping.
2. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks for the United States, 1-2 weeks for Europe, 1-2 weeks for the UK, and 2-3 weeks for Canada.
3. Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is sent as soon as your order is packed and handed to the carrier.
4. How do you pack wooden wall art?
We pack each piece carefully with protective foam so the shape and details are supported during shipping.
Sizes & Custom Orders
1. How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall or furniture width first. For sofas, beds, and feature walls, larger sizes usually look more balanced. If you are unsure, send us your wall width or a room photo.
2. Can you make a custom size?
Yes. We can often adjust the size before production so the piece fits your wall better.
3. Can I request a custom color or finish?
Yes. Send us the finish direction you want, and we will confirm what is possible before cutting.
4. Can I see a proof before production?
For custom work, we can confirm the key details before production so you know what will be made.
Materials & Handmade Process
1. What is the wall art made from?
Our pieces are made from wood and finished by hand. Natural wood tone and grain can vary slightly from piece to piece.
2. Is every piece handmade?
Every order is prepared in our small workshop: the design is checked, the wood is precision cut, the surface is finished, and the piece is packed by hand.
3. Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Photos are taken to show the product clearly, but wood grain, screen settings, and room lighting can make the finish look slightly different in person.
4. How do I hang it?
Most pieces are lightweight and easy to hang. If your order needs special installation details, we will include guidance with the package.
Returns & Support
1. Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
2. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
3. Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because pieces are made to order, changes are easiest before production starts.
